Option to save config locally #20

I found it pretty annoying that there is no option to save the configuration on the installation folder. Obviously, this wouldn't work for public instances, but perhaps there could be some flag in the folder that enables it. This way, instances could have default configurations which are saved on their host machines, making for a much friendlier experience.

Pretty sure you can bookmark the URL, since it has your configuration in its params.

This is only possible in some browsers. For example, Firefox doesn't have this functionality (you cannot enter a custom URL for a search engine).

Edit: I realize that bookmarks may work in Firefox, but it is not a very elegant solution.
