Server Message size estimation

To move away from using byte arrays in the networking layer, a size (in bytes) is required for the server messages, in order to estimate the bandwidth usage. In this PR:

• size() function is implemented for all server messages, returning the size of the payload in bytes
• test added to validate that size estimation is exactly the same as the bytes written to the buffer in the old behavior
• improved TempEntitiy messaging api - added validation of the style value
• improved PlayerInfoMessage api - now requires only player_state value (old/new) to be instantiated.
• add tests for message size and serialization/deserialization code
