Support for arbitrary off-side indentation #13

Currently, we're required to use 4 spaces for indenting bulleted lists. 
Ideally pandoc should allow an arbitrary amount of indentation.

- this
  - should
    - work
    - but
  - right now
  - it doesn't

Ideally, maybe.  But 4 spaces in what Markdown officially requires.  On this,
