Include amsmath #48

Latex output doesn't usepackage amsmath. It would be nice to have that
included by default, though perhaps you intentionally excluded it because
you felt it wasn't safe to assume people had that package. Perhaps some
simple heuristics for implicitly detecting amsmath commands could be added.

The amsmath package has been added to the default LaTeX header in r1249. This
will
be included in the next release. Thanks.

As an extension of the same issue, "it would be nice" to have the amssymb and
bm packages included as well. These would allow, eg, the relatively common
\mathbb{}, but may introduce new TeX package dependancies?

I've added amssymb to the default template.
I'm not familiar with bm and the packaging conflicts it might cause. Is it
pretty much guaranteed to be present in a latex installation, like amsmath? Is
it as commonly used as amsmath and amssymb? I'm open to including it, but I
need to be convinced.
