Option to enforce xhtml output? #63

It might be useful to have an option that forces pandoc's html output to
be strict xhtml.  (Or perhaps we could distinguish html and xhtml output
formats.)  Since pandoc uses Text.XHtml, the issue would arise only in
connection with raw html inline and raw html blocks.  If the user enters
invalid xhtml, it could be passed on as plain text (and perhaps an error
could be signaled).  See:
