\textsubscript conflicts with definition in memoir class #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use markdown2pdf with a custom header that uses the memoir class
2. Include a subscript in the file, e.g. H~2~O

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect a subscript.  Instead, we get an error,
\textsubscript already defined.

Suggested fix:
Use a different command name in the latex writer, e.g. \textsusbcr
