Request for command-line control(s) over email obfuscation

Provide cmd line switch so that javascript email obfuscation (and or entity 
encoding) can be 
disabled (on converting to HTML).

Proposed command-line option:

--obfuscation-method=[none|entities|javascript]

This will go with a new writer option.  Default will be "entities" if in strict 
mode,
"javascript" if not in strict mode.
