Crashes when used with missing output directories

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup a config to use a non-existent directory.
2. Run Obfuscar.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get an exception. I expect obfuscar will create the directory if it does 
not exist.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP, Obfuscar 1.0.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
I expect obfuscar to create output directories if they do not exist.
