Move out of Preview #37

@denco - Is there any way you can move this out of preview? My company is very interested in using this plugin, but we're not allowed to use "preview" or 0.X software releases. Even if you just up the version number to 1.0 and move it out of "Preview" on the VS Code marketplace, that would allow us to start using the plugin.
