Able to add phone numbers longer than 8-digit for staff #6

Steps to reproduce:

Add a staff with phone number longer than 8-digits

I am not sure if this is intended, as Singapore's phone numbers are only 8-digits. (excluding the +65)

Team's Response

In our User Guide and Developer Guide, we did not restrain the product to be used only by Singaporeans. We do allow the limitations of 15 digits as we found that the maximum digit for phone number is 15 digit.

Hence, this bug is rejected as the user expected only Singapore phone numbers.
