Describe the bug

Initializing a fresh install of Dendron failed on macOS 10.15.7 and VSCode 1.58.2.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install Dendron from VSCode Marketplace
Try to Initialize a Workspace

Expected behavior

Creates a new workspace.

First noticed that Markdown Preview Enhanced (Open Preview on Side) wasn't working, and then tried a fresh install of Dendron. Get "

Hi, I had a similar failure on Windows 10. Same thing--removed all extensions, but when I try to initialize and open a workspace I get the error.
