Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

For some pages, like the home page or any reasonably small page, it doesn't really make sense to have a table of contents, and it's kind of annoying to have it there for a single heading.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having an option to enable/disable the table of contents per page and optionally per workspace would be great. Perhaps a frontmatter option when it comes to enabling/disabling it for a single page and an option to enable/disable it by default for the entire workspace via dendron.yml.
