On a published website from Dendron, clicking on an internal note link in the body of the note loads the new note by doing a full page load. This is slower than an in-place content replacement. Also when using the build-in dark theme, clicking body links causes the page to flash white before switching to the dark colors, because of the full page reload.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the links in the note body to load content the same way that happens when clicking on navigation breadcrumb links or links in the left sidebar tree menu. So to load the new note without a full page reload but using client-side transition.

This improvement will make navigating the published website a lot snappier. Thanks.
