After refactoring a note the old filename still comes up in the lookup menu

Describe the bug

After refactoring a note the old filename still comes up in the lookup menu

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Refactor some note
2. Try to lookup the previous name (the now deleted note)
3. Notice that it is still showing up in the lookup menu

Expected behavior

If a note is refactored the old note should be deleted from the lookup menu cache.
