Describe the bug
I was missing a few things when doing lookup so I ran reload index - this made it so /nothing/ was found in lookup in my original vault and seems to be reproducable for me for a fresh vault with only Dendron running as a plugin.
To Reproduce
Initialize a new vault (self-contained)
Add a note (note this note appears in lookup / tree view)
Reload Index
Note that the note is gone from lookup and the tree view :(
Expected behavior
Reload indexes all notes and tree view / lookup work.

OS: Windows 10
Versions (all that apply to bug):
Dendron Extension: 0.119
VS Code version: 1.74.2
Additional context
The original vault was a non-self contained vault -- but I tried a number of things including migration to no avail re: fixing this issue for that vault.. so I decide to try to just repro on a brand new one..
