My use case: I use a base note to collect agenda items in a text list for recurring meetings, then on the day of the meeting, I create a journal note from that base note. I would like that text list to be moved to the new journal note when created. This may be a bug--I'm not entirely sure it isn't supposed to work the way I'm describing. As it appears Create Journal Note doesn't work the same as Lookup Note, I'm assuming this would be a new feature.
Describe the solution you'd like
When selectionExtract is set, selected text in an active note would be moved to a journal note when the "Create Journal Note" command (CTRL SHIFT J) is executed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I create the journal note, the ALT LEFT ARROW back to the original note, then do a CTRL L lookup, and select the journal note I just created. This will move the selected text.
