Describe the bug

I'm a noobie to Dendron. I'm following the directions found here (https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/6DZiBObwhZNYRjnokQ422/#step-by-step) for creating a bare workspace but am not given the opportunity to perform step 'c', meaning, "Select blank".

So, is there a new way to create a bare workspace?
