installing dendron casues an issue with Okteto (Remote - Kubernetes) Extension

Describe the bug

After I installed Dendron and recommended extensions, I cannot run Okteto. I get command okteto.up not found error. Same for any other okteto command.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Dendron Extension
2. Open Dendron notebook
3. On a new window attempt to run Okteto command such as `Okteto:Up"
4. Get an error message.

Expected behavior

Okteto:Up should start remote Kubernetes pod.

• OS: Windows 10.
• Browser (if with published websites; include version): [e.g. chrome, safari]
• Versions (all that apply to bug):
  • Dendron Extension: 0.119.0
  • VS Code version: 1.76 to 1.77
  • Dendron CLI:

Additional context

Uninstalling Dendron resolved the problem. I have reproduced the error multiple times with multiple clean installs of VS Code.
