Markdown definition lists are not rendered correctly in site preview. See screenshot below.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Add a definition list to a note:

   Item 1
   : Definition for Item 1

2. Run "Dendron: Site Preview" command
3. Navigate to the note's preview page
4. The definition list is rendered as a single line: Item 1 : Definition for Item 1

Expected behaviour

Markdown definition lists are properly rendered:

Definition lists are not rendered in V2 Preview/Publish as well.
