OS template counter confuses in multiserver environment #72

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect server hardware servers.
2. Go to dashboard.

Actual result:
There is OS template counter, which shows sum of all OS templates on all
servers.

Expected result:
OS templates counter is absent at stat panel

Version of the product: 0.9

Server OS: any

Browser: any

Additional information: none
