The `RevealMenu` and `RevealZoom` plugins are conflicted #92

The RevealMenu and RevealZoom plugins are conflicted. It will work just that plugin whose script was linked earlier. Note that RevealZoom doesn't conflicts with RevealChalkboard, RevealCustomControl and RevealPointer.

Sorry, but the cause of this issue is not the RevealMenu plugin, but jupyter nbconvert which includes Reveal plugin scripts into html with require.js. This issue may be closed.
