Automate Notebook scheduling #88

Added https git pull and push, into the Jupyter notebooks. Then added the notebooks to the host OS crontab

Use store method for now. Transition to SSH later. (doc)

Tested, the store method works across https, both in the use case of AWS server and Docker restarts
