Datasets "ICDAR2015" unable to download when register due to no activation email receive #37

To download ICDAR2015 i need to create a account @ http://rrc.cvc.uab.es/?com=contestant. I was waiting for the activation email almost a day yet nothing came.

I'm using hotmail address to create the account and did double check that i did not input wrong email
