A consistent tabular, TSV/CSV-format output mode would also be extremely helpful for integrating into high-throughput pipelines and into services like Galaxy.

I'm hesitant to comment on an old ticket, but I think it can be closed. I've been using the SeqSero_result.tsv which is exactly what @crashfrog requested.
