now respects `minimap-highlight-line` #7

The value of minimap-highlight-line was never actually used. Now only creates an overlay if minimap-highlight-line is t.

Fixes #5.

Is this repo still maintained? I want to make some improvement, too.

I made this PR in January 2015, so sadly it doesn't look like it. But I'm interested in seeing your improvements, so could you make the PR anyway? Or maybe fork the project.
