Events deleted on calendar are not deleted on org side #279

When an event is deleted in my Nextcloud calendar, it still appears on org side after sync.

Btw. org-caldav-delete-org-entries is set to 'ask. But I don't get any prompt. The event just stays as it was.

Setting org-caldav-delete-org-entries to always doesn't help. After deleting an event on the calendar, I just get:

CalDAV Sync finished.

Nothing was done.

Are you doing one-way cal->org sync? I noticed this problem before when doing the 1-way sync -- the event gets pulled into Org, but doesn't get updated if changed on Caldav side.

EDIT: Removed some extraneous details about 1way sync for now. If confirmed to be about 1way sync, will rename the issue and add more details below.
