This PR is to update org-caldav to use lexical binding as recommended in the Emacs coding conventions: https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/elisp/Coding-Conventions.html
I'm going to test-drive this a little bit before merging in case any issues arise.
Feedback is appreciated if anyone else wants to test this out.
