As discussed there the documentation could benefit from a re-organization and rewrite. However a full rewrite seemed too daunting, so to start I simply reorganized the existing content. In particular I tried to simplify the initial setup instructions, so that users could get to a simple working setup without having to read too much text.
There is still much to improve, in particular removing outdated information and making the text less verbose. The hope is that this initial reorganization will make incremental improvements in that direction easier.
Also addresses #220 by adding a texinfo file, which I'm also hosting a static html export of at https://jackkamm.neocities.org/emacs-org-caldav/. I'm not sure yet if MELPA will automatically pick this up and install it; possibly we need to re-organize org-caldav into a multi-file package first.
