Various fixes related examples #5

This merge:

removes some files generated by example.py that I don't think should have been committed to the repo
fixes the file names generated by the second example case
removes the aspect="equal" from the 3D axes in example case 5, which gave me an error
fixes the command-line arg IDnumber in example.py
fixes a missing import (plt) in example.py.

I was able to run a successful test of a conda-forge recipe on this branch. I should be able to add a recipe for jigsawpy to conda-forge as soon as there is a release.

Thanks @xylar. Additionally, I'm trying to think of some other ways to plot the 3d examples, as matplotlib seems not really to be set up for this. I might use projections and plot in 2d.
