The project will provide an opportunity for practicing teachers to use their capabilities in creating creative and unique educational programs for training users (students) to interact within cryptoeconomics, as well as for users (students) it provides an opportunity to gain knowledge for working in a digital environment with confirmation in a crypto rating linked to their electronic passport. Such an approach will largely contribute to the training of required personnel, where the demand for an employee (described by precise and detailed requirements for knowledge and skills) will describe a challenge for a curriculum manufacturing, while everyone who has the appropriate rating will be able to participate construction of a particular curriculum based on a consensus. It is envisaged that such curriculum will be flexible and change along with the changing digital world, instantly responding to the demands of cryptoeconomics in staff.
Description of the project:
Cryptoeconomics, as in the real world, requires specialists of various functions, from NFT designers to smart contract engineer (including but not limited to: oracles, experts, project ambassadors, mentors, etc.). We propose the idea of a crypto-university with a new direction of cryptoeconomics DeKnow (Decentralized knowledge) as a p2p system for forming knowledge and skills necessary for the development of decentralized ecosystems. The curriculum created using smart contracts based on algorithm that will combine NFT (education materials) and DAO-based governance.
Curricula, tests, presentations, manuals, and other materials placed in a smart contract, rated by the users and available on the platform as a complete curriculum or as auxiliary materials, will be subject to a paid subscription by consumers (crypto-students Ꙫ). Successfully completed programs will form digital ratings with the activation of the appropriate smart contract, which provides the right to work with relevant digital projects, autonomous agents and decentralized autonomous organizations. The Knowledger DAO platform will, on a consensus basis, oversee, develop and modify curricula created by one person or the team.
Authors of the educational programs, tests and materials will be able to receive part of the reward in the form of educational tokens (KNL). Successful completion of programs by crypto students can also be rewarded with a certain amount in tokens, or a discount for passing other programs. The resulting digital ratings, as part of personal passports, serves as identifier of knowledge and skills for participating in various digital projects, without the need to go through the recruiting or access procedure typical of the real-world employment bureaucracy.
The project also offers a new approach to optimize the process of hiring responding to decentralization of the economy and mass-adoption.
