Add 'save and open' command #28

This PR adds a command that saves the current workspace (without having to select which workspace they're saving, it works it out) and then lets the user switch to a different workspace.

If the current project isn't recognised as a workspace, the user will be asked to save the workspace before opening a new one.

There's definitely room for improvement on this, but any thoughts are appreciated. πŸ˜„

I no longer use atom so I don’t really mind what happens to this PR! πŸ˜€
