This is a really useful and very interesting project!

I also have some questions

does the save include the plugins activated and not?
Is it necessarily linked to the ongoing project? or is it free and chargeable when opened?

huge suggestion: it would be nice to have a button at the bottom bar of atom with a list, save and load the workspaces. really.
