Upstream the rules? #29

This repository was mentioned in discussion about gaming peripheral support for Wayland. It would be great to transform this repository into an upstream set of rules in systemd so that we can correct the problems mentioned in this repository's README for everyone.

(Note, I now have write access to systemd, and can review PRs to bring this data into systemd, I think that Peter does as well)

I have commit access to systemd, yes.

I've also been wondering if this may be interesting as hwdb file - it would reduce the udev rule complexity a bit but hwdbs can't remove properties. So the udev rule would be a hwdb callout and, on success, add/remove the properties
