Added device descriptors for Corsair Sabre RGB gaming mouse.

I needed to add these rules on Ubuntu 18.04 to get Steam to ignore my mouse. Previously, it was detecting it as a joystick, which meant certain games weren't working correctly with my Steam Controller.
