Improve documentation for Burp plugin #1220

The Burp plugin wiki page (https://github.com/denimgroup/threadfix/wiki/Burp-Plugin) doesn't mention that you must have Burp Suite Professional to conduct a scan for ThreadFix.

Hi, more specifically, what the wiki page https://github.com/denimgroup/threadfix/wiki/Burp-Plugin does not mention is that one must use the scanner module in Burp Pro, set up a scanner and start it. This information should be added right before the paragraph titled "Export Scan".

Also the screenshots need to be updated to reflect the v2.2 iteration of the plugin
