often subtitles dialog last for 2 seconds #14

hi again my friend i noticed on kodi 18.9 and 19.0 that often subtitles dialog last for 2 seconds and closes immediately if i re-open the same link the 2nd or 3rd time the subtitles dialog works as it shouds

Hi there, Unfortunately, this is a Kodi issue. After Subloader sends the request to open dialog subs its job is done no more interaction with the addon. This may occur on low end devices, by Kodi itself or the addons installed, there are too many variables and is impossible for me to fix this. So, there is still an option you can play with, and try to find the sweet spot for your case. Adjust the delay until you get a reliable outcome, in my case and many others since Kodi 18 I set it to 0 and have no issues but doesn’t mean it will be the same for everyone. Let me know if you manage to keep the dialog subs open with the delay option. I will try to find a way too keep it open but can´t do any promise.
