Checkout dialog: Tags entry appears once for every tag

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create at least 2 tags in a repository
2. Click Team -> Checkout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected : All tags are grouped under one heading: 'Tags'
Actual: Each tag has its own 'Tags' Entry

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This crept in with e911a80b340a. I have a patch.

Due to the move to eclipse.org and plugin rename, we won't apply directly.
