Graph plot incorrect for A..B when B is a merge of multiple branches not in A #8

A branch B contains two or more branches merged together into it, with
those branches having commits not yet in A.  A itself contains commits not
in B, but at some point in the history there is a merge base between A and
B.  The graph plot comes out quite wrong, showing hollow dots for things
that are part of B but not A.
