Main page wiki points to http://git.or.cz/gitwiki/EclipsePlugin #84

The main page has a link to the wiki (http://git.or.cz/gitwiki/EclipsePlugin) 
which isn't the same 
as the google project wiki (http://code.google.com/p/egit/w/list). That can be 
confusing, 
especially if you're told that something's in the wiki and you look in the 
wrong one.

Can we deprecate one of the wikis, and update the link to point to the master 
one? Does it make 
sense to retire the git.or.cz one, since it seems to be less up to date than 
the Google code project 
one?

Wiki has moved to http://wiki.eclipse.org/EGit
