Plugin does not respect `idea.config.path` when reading/writing idea.jdk #14

I have IDEA set to store its configuration folder at $HOME/.config/idea, but when I use this plugin to switch to the JetBrains runtime, it stores the idea.jdk file under the default directory ($HOME/.IdeaIC2019.2/config).

Just to be sure, I moved the idea.jdk file into $HOME/.config/idea and restarted IDEA, and it was once again running on the system JDK8 runtime.

Strangely, the runtime folder itself is stored in the correct location ($HOME/.config/idea/jdks).

Hi, I just encoutered the same issue.

Installation details : IntelliJ IDEA 2020.1.2 (Community Edition) Build #IC-201.7846.76, built one June 1, 2020 Plugin Choose Runtime 1.2
