Allow to override the project/product/module properties for building #32

We need to add an ability for the user to override the properties on the fly, like how to is is implemented in QtCreator. Then, when any property where changed, we need to thart auto-resolving for the project.

Done with the following features:

All overridden properties are stored in the overridden-properties.json file.
To show and edit this file need to call the Override Project Properties command from the palette.
