Android/iOS support #57

It would be nice to have Qt Creator Android/iOS support related functionality in VS Code. Without such features I'm unable to fully move to developing in vscode.

Does the additional extension (e.g. the https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=adelphes.android-dev-ext) work?

Haven't try using VS Code in building Android applications a lot. Will give it a try and let you know here.
