Support for HarmonyHub status readout on startup #11

In principle Harmony could maintain some status of TV. The task is to check if it is the case, and if it would be possible to exploit it. It would help with starting in sync with Harmony (currently it is assumed that it starts unmuted).

Upon detailed check it turns out that Harmony maintains no such status. At least, not in the form visible via API or Harmony App. So I will just document that and resolve with no action.
