[FEATURE REQUEST] download segment by specifying start time and duration

Is your feature request available in yt-dlp? Please describe. My usual work flow is coming from the official YT app, watching a video I consider interesting, and wanting to paste a snippet of it on social networks. So I have to download the whole video, then use a Web service like Clideo to cut it, then download the cut. Then upload the cut segment to social networks. It's a slow and time consuming process. Specially since when I start I already have the url of the video, and a mental note of the segment I want to cut (eg, starting at min 10:00, where he speaks about issue x for about two minutes)

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the App to have a feature dubbed "download segment" available as a button next to the current download button (full download). Ideally I envision it as a down arrow with scissors. After tapping it instead of starting a full download, it would ask the start time of the segment (eg: 00:10:20) and the download segment duration (in minutes and seconds eg 2:00)

This is already a feature. In the download card look at the adjust audio / adjust video section and tap cut. You can make multiple cuts if you want
