Limiting frame number #18

Hi DeniseCaiLab,

Thank you for making such a great tool. I am brand new to all sorts of programming and analyses but have found this pretty easy to use. The only issue I am having though is that only 26 frames are being analyzed from my video which is around 9000 frames. Do you have any ideas as to what could be going wrong? I don't see where I could insert in how many frames I want tracking to be done on.

I figured out the issue. I was using .mov (Mac) videos which it was finding difficult to read. When I converted them to MP4 all frames were able to be tracked with no problem.
