Added BEAUti template for tip-typed analyses #24

These commit add a (very basic) template for tip-typed BDMM analyses.

This offers the same functionality in terms of model specification as the coloured BDMM template, although it's slightly more awkward to use due to a bug in BEAUti's RealParameter input editor. (Dimensions of these parameters cannot be currently changed directly: only by editing the parameter using the "initial" button next to the corresponding prior can the dimension be changed.)
