Cannot create a virtual env using the yml file #1

Hi, when I try to run this code, an error happens and any environment isn't created. conda env create -n owlet_env -f owlet_environment.yml

My setup is like this: OS: Windows 11 Python: 3.9.12 Ubuntu: 20.04 Using WSL2 + Linux + VSCode

Same error also happening on Mac M1
