Bugs - Milestone-4 #23

  1. EDIT button doesn't work directly. We should disable EDIT on primary server
  2. Trials are not working... if the criteria doesn't match for the rule, we should try 3-4 times before marking Rule failed. The rule is showing YET TO RUN. We should show STATUS accordingly on Rule page
  3. Allow automatic creation of next rule
