Setting and configuration #31

With DNS and Connections rules, we will have additional configuration settings so we should rework settings and configuration to accomodate all options:

  1. AWS key settings
  2. pygmy database user and password
  3. Allow configuring tags (for now they are static)
  4. DNS name settings
  5. Connections settings
