I made a rule and noticed it didn't do anything. I tried to run the rule manually and noticed that, before running, it is trying to talk to all dbs. This seems incorrect? It implies that every time a rule is run, all dbs, not just the relevant ones, will get some pygmy traffic.
FWIW, becaue of issues #41 and #39, I am not currently expecting getting all db data to work, and so because running a rule currently starts off with that, it makes sense to me the rule is doing nothing.
